Organizational Structure
Positive Physicians Insurance Exchange is a domiciled reciprocal exchange. This structure allows us to offer our members greater input over their liability programs. In addition, our Medical Review Board assures policyholders an understanding forum for their claim history as medical practitioners.
The company’s top two officers are practicing physicians, allowing our clients to feel comfortable with policies designed to protect their best interests at all times.
Day-to-day operations are handled by Wilmington Trust SP Services, Inc., one of the nation’s premier captive management companies. Risk management services are provided by Gateway Risk Management, an organization that is well-recognized in Pennsylvania for its unique ability to act as a solid third party interface.
