Step IV – Personal Risk Management Coordinator/Support Services

As a final step in our process, you will be asked to assign a personal risk management coordinator for your office, who will be trained in our risk management initiatives. The risk management coordinator will be involved in quarterly meetings to review potential claims concerns, train staff on how to decrease malpractice risk, and utilize other important steps to ensure that all practices are current in how to minimize claims exposure.
